How to get started with Telepsychiatry at LMH

Telehealth is available to current clients ONLY!

1. Sign Telepsychiatry & Technology Consent form

​

2. Book your Telepsychiatry appointment with your provider

​

3. On the day and time of your appointment your provider will TEXT you to confirm that you are ready to meet. You MUST respond to the provider via text first to confirm you are available and in a safe space for your session. 

​

*If you do not respond to your provider via text your appointment may not proceed. 

 

** If you miss your appointment or need to cancel  PLEASE contact your provider.
